ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Free DFM & Simulation Review Before Any Steel Is Cut
Mitigate tooling risk before you commit. Our engineers review part geometry, gating, cooling, ejection, steel selection and press requirements against your target cost and cycle — free, with feedback within 24 hours.
What Our DFM Review Covers
Moldflow & Process Simulation
Gate type, size and location verified against fill, weld lines, sink marks and shrinkage — for injection, stamping or die casting — before any steel is cut.
Draft, Undercut & Parting Line Analysis
Draft angles (≥1.5° for textured surfaces), undercut handling and parting line position reviewed to prevent part sticking, ejection distortion or added side-action cost.
Cooling, Cycle & Die Layout Design
Conformal and straight cooling layouts optimized to balance part temperature, cut cycle time and eliminate warpage on high-volume cavities.
Machining Reach & EDM Feasibility Check
Deep-cavity tool accessibility, 5-axis collision avoidance and EDM electrode feasibility verified before programming.
Seamless 6-Step Mold Project Execution
Part Review & DFM
Drawing reviewed within 24 h — gating, cooling, ejection and steel recommendations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Mold Manufacturing Ordering & Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about mold lead times, steel selection, trials, press requirements and documentation.
Injection molds 2–4 weeks, stamping dies 2–5 weeks from approved design, depending on cavity count and complexity. Prototype tooling can be fast-tracked — T1 samples in as fast as 15 days.
For most engineering plastics: S136 or NAK80 for polished cosmetic surfaces, SKD61 for high-heat applications, 718H for large cores, P20 for prototype tooling. For stamping dies we specify DC53, SKD11 or powder steels by wear requirement. The final grade is confirmed at DFM review.
Yes — we are a full mold manufacturer: injection molds, progressive stamping dies, die casting molds and precision mold parts, all designed, built and trialed in-house.
Yes. Injection molds are trialed on our in-house injection machines (50–500 T) and stamping dies on our high-speed presses. Samples are approved against your drawing before shipment, with a CMM report included.
CMM dimensional reports, material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), heat treatment logs and T0–T2 trial reports. Full PPAP Level 1–3 documentation available for automotive programs under our IATF 16949 system.
Yes — from prototype molds and bridge tooling to full multi-cavity production molds and multi-stage progressive dies, with sampling on our own machines before mass production.
