Certifications
Two quality systems run our tooling factory: IATF 16949:2016 for automotive programs and ISO 9001:2015 for everything else, with ISO 14001 governing our environmental management. Certificates and scope statements are available on request — before you commit.
AUTOMOTIVE QMS
IATF 16949:2016
Automotive quality management system — PPAP-style documentation, control plans and corrective action across the whole mold-making chain. Certified since 2019.
QUALITY FOUNDATION
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management covering mold design, machining, heat treatment, inspection and delivery for every program, automotive or not. Certified since 2016.
ENVIRONMENTAL
ISO 14001:2015
Environmental management system over the factory — compliant steel sourcing, process waste and energy control. Certified since 2016.
NO GATEKEEPING
Documentation on Request
Certificate copies, scope statements and sample inspection reports shared before you commit — during supplier qualification or a pre-award review.
SCOPE
What Our Certifications Cover
IATF 16949:2016 is the automotive sector's quality management standard, built on ISO 9001 with sector-specific requirements: product safety, PPAP, control plans, MSA and traceability. It governs our automotive tooling — molds for connectors, housings and trim — and is the reason automotive buyers can rely on our dimensional reports and process records.
ISO 9001:2015 is the foundation underneath everything else — documented procedures, internal audits, corrective action and continuous improvement applied to every mold, die and precision component, whatever the industry. For a closer look at how quality is verified on the floor, see our quality control section.
ISO 14001:2015 covers the environmental management system behind the factory — compliant material sourcing and process control. Certificates, scope statements and audit history are available on request via the contact page.
WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU
How Certifications Affect Your Project
Automotive tooling
Programs run under the IATF 16949 system: control plans, process documentation, in-process sampling and CMM-verified dimensional reports at every milestone (T0/T1/Tf), so the mold you accept comes with evidence, not assurances.
Medical & precision
Medical-device molds run under the same process discipline — steel mill certificates, heat-treatment records and hardness logs traceable to the melt number that made your insert.
General industrial
Every project, whatever the industry, sits on the ISO 9001 foundation: documented procedures, internal audits, corrective action on non-conformances and a controlled change process for tooling updates.
Audits
Customer and third-party factory audits are welcome. The systems run live on the shop floor — audit-ready records, not shelf decorations.
Certifications matter most when something goes wrong: a non-conformance has to be traced to a heat number, a design change has to be controlled, and evidence has to survive your audit. That is the difference between a certified factory and one that merely prints a logo. See also our manufacturing capabilities and the company background.
PRACTICE OVER PAPER
Beyond Certificates: What We Actually Do
A certificate proves a system exists; it does not prove parts are good. That is why our certification sits on top of concrete shop-floor practice:
120+ In-House Machines
CNC, wire EDM, sinker EDM, jig grinding and metrology on one floor — the certificate covers processes we actually run, not subcontracted ones.
0.0005 mm Jig Grinding
Waida jig grinders hold hole and bore accuracy that inspection reports can verify, not just tolerate.
100% CMM Verification
First-article and critical-dimension checks with a dimensional report shipped alongside every mold.
Material Traceability
S136, NAK80, SKD11, SKD61 and 718H with original mill test certificates on every program.
The same discipline extends to design: 24 patents in mold and precision tooling, and free DFM feedback on every RFQ — ask to see the scope statement either way.

Scope statements and certificate copies for all three systems are shared before you commit — contact our team with the standard you need evidence against.
QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you share your certificate copies?
Yes — certificate copies and scope statements for IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are provided on request before you commit, together with sample inspection reports.
Do you support customer and third-party factory audits?
Yes. The quality systems run live on the production floor, so audits can look at real control plans, inspection records and corrective-action files — not a documentation set assembled for the visit.
Which certification applies to my mold program?
Automotive tooling runs under IATF 16949; everything else runs under ISO 9001. Mixed programs are handled under the strictest applicable system.
What documentation ships with an automotive mold?
A dimensional (CMM) report, steel mill certificate, heat-treatment record and trial sample approval. On request we add a PPAP-style package — control plan, PFMEA and measurement system analysis.
Can you fill our supplier quality questionnaire?
Yes — send it with your RFQ. Our engineers answer the capability and quality-system sections within 24 hours, with evidence attached where the question asks for it.
